The Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (CAD) no longer regulates the cargo fuel surcharge (CFS) for all airlines. As a result, Air Canada implements its own cargo fuel surcharge for shipments originating from Hong Kong. The surcharge amount will be calculated according to our own fuel cost assessment and will be updated regularly.
