This Random Inspection service applies when 100% of the products are finished and at least 80% are packaged, prior to shipment. We conduct random sampling inspection in accordance with the international sampling plan ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (MIL-STD-105E) and your specific requirements. Our sampling inspection report will fully reflect the total finished product quantity, packaging status and compliance with AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards, enabling you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the overall batch quality before shipment and eliminate any potential risks to your order.

Factory Audit (FAT)

China Factory Inspection is primarily conducted through an objective evaluation approach. We carry out quantitative assessment, verification and on-site investigation of the factory in accordance with pre-established standards and criteria, verify the factory's authenticity, credibility and its status as a legally registered enterprise with the local Chinese government. Container Loading Supervision (CLS)

Container Loading Supervision in China mainly involves assessing the container's condition (new or used), container number and seal number; verifying the accuracy of the goods, the integrity of the packaging and the correctness of the total number of pieces, checking the loading sequence of the goods and taking photos in sequence, evaluating the rationality of the stowage of heavy and light cargo inside the container to ensure the safety of the goods in transit, and supervising the entire loading process. In accordance with the international standards for container loading supervision and combined with customer requirements, we provide customers with accurate, rational and safe services.

Container Loading Supervision Procedures

• Record the container number, seal number and the trailer's license plate number;
• Inspect the container for damage, dampness and unusual odors, and take photos of the empty container;
• Check the quantity of cartons to be loaded and the condition of outer packaging, and conduct random spot checks on several cartons to verify the actual goods being loaded;
• Supervise the loading process to minimize cargo damage and maximize container space utilization;
• Take photos for record-keeping of the container sealing status, container seal number and packing list, and record the container's departure time;
• Conduct weighing and weight verification of the loaded container.

Inspection+Loading supervision (FRI+CLS)

In order to ensure that the final quality and completion of the product meet your requirements, before preparing for shipment, samples are randomly selected from the finished product according to the international sampling plan for sampling inspection, as well as detailed inspection of the packaging, quantity, and other aspects of the goods. After the inspection is completed, the entire container loading process in the warehouse is monitored throughout the process, and comprehensive and truthful feedback is provided.

• Before the container arrives, verify customer information/sample comparison, sample inspect the appearance, craftsmanship, functionality, and safety of the product, as well as product packaging, box markings, etc
• Promptly communicate with the factory upon discovering defective products, and carry out replacement or rework;
• Check the container for damage, moisture, and special odors, and take photos of the empty container;
• Supervise the container loading process to ensure minimal damage and maximum space utilization;
• Take photos of the container door sealing situation, container lead seal number, packing list for record keeping, and record the departure time of the container.
