Job Description:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and leverage the company's strong resources to identify and develop new potential clients.
- Develop and implement personalized sales plans and strategies to acquire new customers, establish comprehensive customer profiles, and complete relevant sales reports.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups, gather customer feedback and complaints, and escalate them to the appropriate departments for collaborative solution development and service quality enhancement.
- Collaborate with the finance department to effectively manage accounts receivable and minimize collection risks.

Responsibilities
- Leverage the company's advantages in international rail, ocean, and air freight to promote and sell our services to domestic peer companies
- Develop and implement personalized sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets
- Utilize a variety of channels, including QQ, email, telephone, in-person visits, and our proprietary online pricing and booking platform, Souhang.net, to identify and qualify new leads and secure sales

Responsibilities:
- Continuously develop new customers and lead the sales team
- Adhere to and implement all company management systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a good foundation in English and knowledge of import and export cargo transportation
- 3+ years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, with familiarity with the Guangzhou and surrounding areas air freight market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong market development capabilities, and a hard-working spirit, able to withstand high-intensity work pressure
