Guam-based all-cargo carrier serving Micronesia, Honolulu, Hong Kong, Manila, and the Western Pacific — with a reliable fleet of Boeing 757-200 freighters.
Asia Pacific Airlines (APA) is a U.S.-based all-cargo airline established on June 5, 1998, and commenced operations on June 3, 1999. The airline is headquartered in Tamuning, Guam, and operates under the legal name Aero Micronesia, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tan Holdings Corporation.
APA's main operating base is Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport (GUM) in Guam, with a secondary hub at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) in Honolulu, Hawaii. The airline's primary operations include the shipment of U.S. Mail and freight throughout Micronesia, as well as the importation of fresh high-grade tuna for transshipment to worldwide fish markets.
In February 2023, the FAA temporarily suspended APA's operating authority over pilot training documentation issues, but the airline successfully resumed operations on May 5, 2023. APA has since modernized its fleet, transitioning from the Boeing 727 to the more efficient Boeing 757-200.

Role: Passenger-to-Freighter (P2F) conversion

* As of August 2025, APA operates a total of 4 Boeing 757-200 aircraft (3 PCF + 1 PF). The airline retired its B727-200F fleet in 2020.
