• After receiving　China ocean freight　payment, we pay out to shipping company, and than get the original bill of lading, confirm client send back to shipper or Send Out BL ( bill of lading)　 by DHL direct to consignee.
• Telex Release Bill of Loading, send shipper " telex release guarantee" documents, ask they Signature, stamp back to us. Than do telex release
