These Terms of Service govern your use of goodhopefreight.com and all freight forwarding, logistics and consultation services provided by GoodHope Freight. By submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation or placing a shipping order through this website, you agree to be bound by the terms below. Please read them carefully before entering into any logistics cooperation with us.

Legal Service Subject

All quotations, Proforma Invoices, logistics contracts and shipping services displayed on goodhopefreight.com are issued by Shenzhen XX International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. (Chinese legal name: 深圳市伟航运达国际货运代理有限公司, USCC: 91440300051521113J), operating under the commercial brand GoodHope Freight.

Any formal business cooperation contract shall be signed with the above Chinese legal entity instead of the brand name alone.

Contracting Entity Reminder: Before signing any logistics agreement, please verify the legal entity name, USCC code and company chop on the contract with our sales team via our contact page.

Website Usage Rules

This website is only for global B2B freight inquiry and business consultation. The website server is hosted in the United States for global visitor access optimization. Users shall not use this website for:

Illegal cargo transportation consultation;
Spam information submission;
Malicious network attacks.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access to any user who violates the above rules.

Quotation & Pricing Commitment

We strictly implement a no-hidden-fee pricing rule. Once the formal quotation is confirmed by both parties, the quoted cost will not be arbitrarily adjusted without prior written notice.

All additional fees, such as customs duty, destination port tax and local delivery charge, will be clearly marked in the quotation document in advance.

Service Liability Description

We provide full-process logistics agency services including cargo pickup, booking, customs declaration, overseas transit and door delivery. We will follow official carrier & customs rules to arrange shipments, but will not bear compensation liability for delays or losses caused by force majeure:

Port congestion;
Airline space adjustment;
National tariff policy change;
Customs random inspection;
Natural disasters.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from logistics cooperation transactions shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any unresolved disputes will be submitted to the people’s court within the jurisdiction of our registered company in Futian District, Shenzhen.
