Dear Customers,
The 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival falls on Friday, September 25, and the National Day Golden Week runs from October 1 to 7 on the Chinese mainland (September 20 and October 10 are makeup workdays). In Hong Kong, only September 26 and October 1 are public holidays.
Below are the holiday arrangements for each of our services. Please plan your shipments in advance and contact us if you need cargo handled during the holidays.

| Sep 25 – 27 (Fri–Sun)On duty | Holiday. Main Shenzhen LCL warehouses are on duty for cargo receiving 9:00–18:00, with normal warehouse in/out. Satellite warehouses are fully closed (no receiving, no outbound). |
| Sep 23 (Wed)Cutoff | Last feeder truck from satellite warehouses before the Mid-Autumn holiday departs at 12:00; final receiving cutoff at 17:00 on September 24. Receiving resumes September 28 (Mon), first truck after the holiday September 29 (Tue). |
| Sep 28 (Mon)Resume | Full operations resume at 8:00 — receiving, customs declaration and outbound, per each warehouse's loading schedule. |
| Oct 1 – 7 (Thu–Wed)Holiday | National Day statutory holiday for warehouse operations. |
| Oct 8 (Thu)Resume | Normal operations resume. |
Tips: if you plan outbound delivery during the holiday, notify our customer service in advance and send trucks to the warehouse early; if you need the warehouse to wait for incoming cargo after hours, please advise before 17:00 the same day.

During the adjusted holiday period only pre-booked tasks are accepted. Please contact us in advance and complete the booking so we can arrange staff accordingly.

Before delivery, please place the order in our system in advance and bring the delivery note when dropping off cargo. Thank you for your cooperation.
