The details of the invoice, the address, telephone number, contact, individual to individual, company to company; whether the tax number needs to be shown in the invoice, whether the address is remote, and if yes, the customer should be prompted for the additional charges;
Product name, material percentage, usage, whether the product name contains sensitive words, if so, confirm with the customer whether the words need to be changed. Sensitive product name is very likely to cause customs inspection, express company inspection, return by express company, export and import customs need additional documents, etc., or it may lead to stuck in customs;

At the same time, the completed original invoice (EXCEL form) should be sent to the customer, and the screenshot should not be given to the customer for checking, because when the goods arrive at the destination, the customs may ask the consignee to provide the original invoice for verification.
Change the packing and information of the weight and size after receiving of the goods. If the packaging needs to be changed, it must be confirmed with the customer, so as to avoid the damage and loss of the products, and the customers will blame us later.
Carton: if the carton is too fragile, FedEx does not accept too fragile one, but DHL can barely do it; soft carton is very likely to deform, and if it is light goods, it is very likely to produce volume weight. It is necessary to prompt customers that the size of the goods arriving at our warehouse may be larger than the original size of the box.
Wooden case: whether there is removable board or not, if not, the customer is required to provide the letter of guarantee in advance. The cost of wooden case should be told to the customer in advance, and the cost of movable board should be explained clearly to the customer in advance
Weight of single piece: whether the weight of a single piece is more than 35kg and 68kg. If the weight exceeds 35kg or 68kg, please tell the customer the extra cost.
Tape: some shipping modes can't accept yellow tape to pack boxes, Change of packing: if the received box is broken or the shipping mode has requirements for the weight of a single piece of goods, it is necessary to change the package. If the package needs to be changed, the customer should be informed of the charge of RMB 50 in advance.

7.Bill: when the goods arrive at our warehouse or agent warehouse, we need to make the bill to the customer immediately. The size and weight are based on the original goods arriving at our warehouse.
