Export Customs Declaration
As the most efficient air logistics hub in North China, Tianjin Binhai International Airport Cargo Terminal provides global customers with full-chain and intelligent export customs declaration services. The following are the customs declaration process and characteristic advantages to help you easily grasp the relevant information of export customs declaration:
Basic Process
Preparation: Prepare basic documents such as commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading. Special cargo (such as dangerous goods, cold chain) needs to provide additional certificates such as dangerous goods packaging certificate, GSP certification or temperature record. Pre-declare through the China Electronic Port System and check the commodity code and destination country's tariff policy.
Electronic Declaration: Submit the customs declaration form and electronic documents through the port system to ensure that the information is consistent with the goods. The customs will review the completeness of the documents and may require additional materials or classification adjustment.
Taxes and Inspection: After approval, pay the customs duties and value-added tax, which supports electronic payment. The customs will inspect the goods randomly or based on risk assessment, and at the same time, check the temperature control records for cold chain cargo.
Release and Shipment: After the taxes are paid and the inspection is correct, the customs will release the goods and the enterprise will complete the tax refund declaration.
Characteristic Services
Cross-Border E-Commerce: Connect with Amazon/Alibaba express lines, with more than 20 direct flights to Europe and America per week;
Cold Chain Fast Inspection: Temperature control from -50℃ to +25℃, 2-hour customs clearance for pharmaceuticals and fresh produce;
High-Value-Added Cargo: Exclusive packaging + full-process monitoring, cost reduction through China-Europe train air transport;
