Main responsibilities
Tariff collection: Tariffs are collected on imported and exported goods, providing an important
source of national fiscal revenue.
Supervision of imports and exports: Supervise the types, quantities and quality of imported and
exported goods to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations and international trade
rules.
Prevention of smuggling: Severely crack down on smuggling activities and protect national
economic interests.
Protection of intellectual property rights: Protect intellectual property rights and prevent
infringement.
Implementing trade policies: Implementing the trade policies formulated by the government to
promote the development of foreign trade.
