Service Guidelines:

General cargo only. For shipments containing more than 2 items with built-in batteries, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) is required. Shipments with batteries must also provide MSDS.
Prohibited items include: any knives, paste-like cosmetics, liquids, counterfeit goods, powders, food, and all other prohibited items.
Packaging requirements: No pouch packaging is accepted. Acceptable packaging includes cardboard boxes, wooden crates (must be hinged), and aviation cases. Wooden pallets, metal sheets, and other similar packaging are not accepted.

Service Notes:

For shipments under 21KG, only one item per shipment is accepted. For shipments over 21KG, multiple items per shipment are allowed, but each item must weigh at least 8KG. If an item weighs less than 8KG, it will be charged as 8KG. The chargeable weight will be the greater of the actual weight or the volumetric weight, starting from 23KG actual weight and 27KG volumetric weight.
General goods only. Items with internal batteries and batteries included in the shipment are accepted. Knives, paste-like cosmetics, liquids, counterfeit goods, powders, food, and other prohibited items are not accepted. If any prohibited items are found during inspection at our warehouse or the service provider's warehouse, a risk compensation fee of RMB 1000 per shipment will be charged, and we reserve the right to pursue further legal action.
Packaging requirements: Pouch packaging, paper boxes, and wooden crates (with hinges) are acceptable. Aviation crates are acceptable. Wooden pallets and metal packaging are not accepted.
