China UPS courier rates notes
China ups rates/price notes
1.Cargo need being delivered to Goodhope's Shenzhen warehouse.
2. UPS Freight often changes, when you want to book space, please confirm with Goodhope sales again.
3. When you plan to delivery shipments, please contact with Goodhope Freight sales, he will give you documents which need be delivered to together with cargo to our warehouse.
4.Provide "Commercial Invoice(Weight, volume, size, cantons, value, HS Code). Or we do invoice by ourselves, if there are have any problem cause of invoice, we won't assume liability and cost.
5. Over rates doesn't include destination duty, and doesn't accept any freight collect services.
6.Destination is belong to UPS remote areas,there are remote charges. UPS remotes charges standard is USD0.615/KGS,at least USD30.5/Shipment, and this charges need being added fuel surcharges. We won't confirm to check remote area for you before shipping out to UPS. All these charges depends from UPS courier. UPS remote charges tracking address :https://goodhopefreight.com/courier.html.
7.According UPS express 2014 new rules: Chargeable weight depends on cargo's actual weight and volumetric weight, which is bigger,use which one(volumetric weight:L*W*H/5000=KGS). And then each packages have integer KG weight to additive get the total price weight. Such as one shipment has 3 cartons, each carton's actual weight is 10.2KG,20.3KG,30.4KG, and volumetric weight (dimensional weight) weight is 8.2KG，15.1KG，40.5KG.According to the old weight rules is:8.2+15.1+40.5=63.8KG. But use new rules is: 10.5+20.5+40.5=71.5KG Please especially pay attention to this new rules.
8. If the shipments be returned, shipper need to pay the return freight charges and USD11 additional charges.
9. Over quotation is effective from 08:00 04/14/2019.
10. USP express some additional charges reminder:
1.Change consignee address surcharge:Hongkong UPS express is USD10.38/shipment. The max charges is USD36.8/shipment..
2.Services fee: fit anyone as below, China UPS express will ask for USD53.39 surcharge and this fee won't be superposed.
A: Any cargo inside the metal or wooden container.
B: Any cylindrical cargo doesn't been packed with cartons, such as barrel, drum, pail or tire etc.
C: Any size is over 152CM or the second size is over 76CM packages.
D: Any packages actual weight is over 31KGS.
3. China UPS express will refuse shipping, if have one of below condition::
A: Any packages one of size(long) over 270cm.
B: Any packages three size surname over 419CM((W+H)*2+L).
C: Any packages charges weight over 70KGS.
4.Big courier packages additional charges: HK UPS express is USD52.3/item. This charges is news, and need adding the fuel surcharge. When package's length added circumference [(2*W)(2*H)] total is over 300CM, but UPS express limits 419CM. China UPS courier will think about this package as a large package. Large package the least rates weight is 40KGS. This item's update is to meet customer shipping inquiry. When China UPS express ask for many fees, won't ask for additional services charges. Special note: If your packages are over one of the third max limit additional and the fourth large package additional charges. Two service fees need being paid at the same time.
