Brazil customs will be rigorously assessed for quantity and value,cargo size or consignee receiving frequency etc.According to the assessment then judging the cargo whether allow to import, or require the goods to be transferred to the official customs clearance mode. If the customs judged the cargo is for resale it will refuse import, and return the cargo to delivery place, and don't give notes to shipper or consignee.
