China TNT courier rules for battery and powerbank

Our company, Hongkong TNTA global courier way can ship battery and power cargo. Below are the charges for shipping battery and power bank

100% battery charges standard: RMB2/kg, At least RMB80/BL.
Pow good standard charges:RMB1/kg, at least RMB60/BL.
Beside battery and power cargo need providing MSND and battery letters, if shipper cannot provide. We can ready instead, MSNDS charges: RMB60/BL, We cannot insure 100% successful. If the documents doesn’t accept by Hongkong TNT courier, delay shipped out or TNT refuse to take responsibility by shipper.
