The quoted freight rates EXCLUDE:

• Domestic pickup charges in China

• Destination port customs clearance, delivery, customs duties, or taxes

• Any charges arising from customs inspections (if applicable). Transit time may be affected if inspections occur.

Prior to shipment, the shipper MUST ensure the following is communicated to and confirmed by the consignee:

1. Import Compliance:

   • The shipped goods are not restricted imports at the destination port.

   • The consignee must possess valid clearance capabilities to avoid potential charges for destruction, return shipments, or abandonment due to import restrictions.

2. Transparency of Charges:

   • The shipper must notify the consignee of all applicable destination port charges in advance. Failure to do so may result in cargo abandonment, refusal to take delivery, or return shipments due to disputed fees.

3. Valid Contact Information:

   • Provide accurate and functional contact details for the consignee. Inaccurate information may lead to storage fees, cargo abandonment, or additional charges due to delayed communication.

4. Private Consignees:

   • Private consignees must be declared in advance. Personal items or shipments to private individuals are not accepted.
