Please be advised that the Oman Customs has implemented a new requirement for a 12-digit HS Code on all commercial invoices for shipments destined for Oman. The previous 8-digit code is no longer valid.
Failure to provide a complete and accurate 12-digit HS Code on your commercial invoice may result in customs delays, returns, or abandonment of your shipment. Please ensure that all shipping documentation complies with Oman Customs regulations.
This requirement applies to all shipments handled by Hong Kong FedEx, Hong Kong DHL, Guangzhou Armex, and EMS.
