According to the relevant regulations of Cape Verde Customs, individuals can carry no more than 1 million Kudos (approximately 9,000 euros) in equivalent foreign currency cash when leaving the country;

individuals do not need to declare personal items when entering the country.

If you bring animals or plants into the country, you must provide inspection and quarantine certificates from the exporting country.
