Notice: Requirements which sent to Amazon by Hongkong UPS

Dear Customs,

We received notice from HK UPS courier, send the cargo our from China, if the consignee is Amazon, cargo need follow below from now on:

• Duty which from American need be paid by shipper, Shipper specified tariff prepaid (DDP) on original air waybill;
• Commercial invoice need have "TO SHIP" and "TO SOLD" information: SHIP TO AMAZON SOLD TO-final importer. Commercial invoice has the details of real importers (company name, contact name, phone number and address in detail), tax ID (tax ID) and EORI number (please note: behind "sold to" don't use Amazon). Destination is United States and the declared value of goods low to $50000 import duty from US is free.
• Before sending the goods, shipper must consult the real importers about goods customs clearance and delivery issues, must ensure that the goods arrive at the local, the chamber of Commerce for import with handling the customs clearance.

Each clients make all documents are correct, complete. Our company will check the documents again after you send cargo to our warehouse. If you don't follow over UPS notice for Amazon cause cargo delay and extra cost, all borne by the shipper
