Quotation Notice:
1.The prices above include a single delivery to all platform warehouses in Mexico City(Amazon,Mercado Libre,Falabella,etc.).Please Quote solely for a second delivery fee.For deliveries outside Mexico City's platform warehouses,the cost is RMB 120 per piece,with a weight limit of 30 KG.For deliveries to other private addresses,Please quote solely. 2.The prices above are for delivery to the designated warehouse and include customs duties and shipping costs. 3.Any products requiring specific certifications must be declared accurately.Any undeclared items will be considered a shipment violation.Shipments found to contain violations will be confiscated,and a penalty of RMB 5000 will be applied.The customer is responsible for all additional costs incurred due to shipment violations.We will not hold the responsibility. All palletized goods must be delivered unpalletized.

Transit time:
The above transit times do not include delays caused by customs clearance,port congestion,vessel delays,or platform booking items.

Export customs clearance:
1.The customs clearance fee：For shipment exceeding 100 KG,the customs clearance fee is RMB 350 per copy.For shipment under 100 KG,the customs clearance fee is RMB 500 per copy. 2.When declaring in advance,please select the customs declaration type and provide all necessary customs clearance documents before the channel cutoff time.Omitting the customs declaration due to our company will result in a compensation of 3 times the customs declaration fee. 3.Any inspection incurred for customs clearance will be charged on an actual basis.

Charging rules:
Charging rules:(Length x Width x Height in cm) /100000.Any shipment less than 1 CBM will be charged as 1 CBM.For shipments of 1 CBM, if the actual weight exceeds 363KG, we will calculate the shipping cost based on the greater of either the actual weight divided by 363 or the CBM.

Weight / Dimension:
1.Amazon shipments:The actual weight of a single carton can not exceed 25 KG. 2.Mercado Libre shipments:The actual weight of a single carton can not exceed 25 KG and the longest side can not exceed 60 CM. 3.Oversized/Overweight cargo handling fee:For any single piece exceeding 120 CM in any dimension or the charging weight exceeding 70 KG,a fee of RMB 500 per shipment will be applied.Any single piece exceeding 4 M in any dimension or weighing over 800 KG will not be accepted. 4.Quote solely for shipment to other residential addresses.

Compensation standard:
1.Not purchasing insurance:If any loss or customs seizure occurs due to the second party,the first party will compensate based on the provided purchase price documentation(If the actual purchase price exceeds the shipping cost,compensation will be limited to one times the shipping cost).Additionally,the corresponding shipping fee will be refunded.Upon successful delivery of the goods,we will provide a Proof of Delivery.If the quantity of products in the box is missing or damaged,no compensation will be provided. All-Risk Insurance:Insurance will be purchased based on the declared value of the goods,with a premium of 5%.(Prepay this fee before shipment)In the situatiuon of loss or customs detention for any reason(excluding the following force majeure events),full compensation will be provided based on the declared insured amount corresponding to the actual loss or damage of goods.(excluding customs detention due to legal restrictions,brand infringement,or counterfeit goods) 3. Our company shall not be liable for any customs clearance issues arising from customer reasons, such as discrepancies in the declared product name, type, quantity, etc., and any costs incurred as a result of customs clearance issues. 3. Disclaimer: Under no circumstances shall either party be liable for any inability or delay in providing services caused by force majeure events such as war, strikes, riots, uprisings, terrorist attacks, riots, robberies, natural disasters (including but not limited to epidemics, fires, floods, typhoons, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, tsunamis), government military actions (including but not limited to customs actions, military actions), or orders from international or domestic courts. 6. Claim process: 1) All claims must be made within 30 natural days from the completion of delivery, otherwise they will be invalid; 2) The customer shall provide a stamped purchase price proof document (contract or invoice) and a full screen screenshot of the shortage in the backend (with computer desktop time). 3) After the customer service verifies and confirms the lost item, they will submit it to our internal approval process and notify us of the compensation amount after the approval is completed. 4) The customer submits a claim letter to our customer service (our customer service provides a template for the claim letter). The claim letter needs to be stamped with an official seal and the original should be sent to our company. After receiving it, our finance department will pay the compensation amount.
