Price Instruction:
The price above includes fuel surcharge,partial destination duties, and local door-to-door delivery.We are not responsible for customs inspection fees or related charges arising from the product itself.

Time Limited Notice:
Delays caused by force majeure events such as severe weather,aircraft mechanical failures,customs inspections are not included in the standard transit time.

Channel Arrangement:
Vancouver Air Express CA-A-YVR01: Mainland unified flight, followed by UPS express delivery.

Splitting Rules:
Splitting ratio: 50%.

Charging Rules:
1.Dimensional weight is calculated using the formula: (Length x Width x Height in cm) / 6000.The greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight will be used for charging.
2.For shipment with multiple packages,the chargeable weight should equal or exceed 10 KG.Each package weighing less than 10 KG will be charged as 10 KG. The splited part will be 50% based on the chargeable weight of 10KG.
3.If splitting occurs, the unit price will be calculated based on the weight of the split package.

Acceptable Cargo Instruction:
Any electrical products will not be accepted.If undeclared electrical products are found during inspection by our company,a minimum charge of RMB 200 per shipment will be applied,and the amount may vary depending on the circumstances.If undeclared electrial products are found by the airline or the following stages,resulting in detention、delays or additional coats,the shipper will hold all responsibilities and costs,with the minimum charge of RMB 2000 per shipment.

Quotation Notice:
For FBA address cargo:Do not include consignee company name or other relevant information on FBA container labels/FBA card labels/other outer box labels.For non-FBA address cargo (commercial or residential):Do not include consignee-related company name、contact information or address labels on the outer packaging(including but not limited to handwritten labels, shipping labels, platform carton labels, packing lists, etc.) Attention:If the shipment are delivered to our domestic warehouse and relevant labels are found during the inspection.A label handling fee will be charged.Please refer to the"FBA value-added service fee for quotation"for more details.

Export Customs Declaration Instruction:
General Trade Customs Declaration is accepted for shipment exceeding 100 KG,the customs clearance fee is 350 RMB per shipment.For shipment under 100 KG,the customs clearance fee is 500 RMB per shipment.Additional charges applying for extra pages is 50 RMB per page.A charge for consolidated shipments is 50 RMB per shipment.Please confirm the port of clearance with our customer service before shipping.Failure to declare will result in a compensation of 3 times the customs clearance fee. For shipments subject to customs inspection at the port of export, an additional customs service fee of 500 RMB per shipment will be charged.Container Transfer:RMB 600 per shipment.

Commodity Name Limited:
FBA & Commercial Addresses: For shipments under 100KG, a maximum of 3 Commodity Names per shipment is allowed. For each additional Commodity Name, a surcharge of 30 RMB will apply. For shipments over 100KG, a maximum of 5 Commodity Names per shipment is allowed. For personal addresses: a maximum of 3 Commodity Names per shipment is allowed and shipment exceeding this limit will not be accepted.
