Quotation Notice:
Sea Freight-Truck Tax-inclusive: 1.Includes all transportation costs from Yongli Yabadaton warehouse to the designated Canadian FBA warehouse, including fuel surcharges and customs declaration fees at both ends.For the surcharge of Sea Freight-Truck Tax-inclusive Products,Please refer to the surcharge list of Canada-Route.
2.Exclude inspection fees or related liabilities arising from product-related issues.The customer should be responsible for any customs penalty,container rental,pallet fee,or warehouse rental arising from inaccurate customs declarations by the customer.
3.Exclude redelivery fees or other miscellaneous expenses incurred due to rejection caused by not complying with Amazon's requirements.If the charge incurred,it will be charged on an actual basis.

Sea Freight-Truck Tax-exclusive
1.Duties and taxes are not included and will be charged as the actual amount of the final customs invoice. The RMB exchange rate will be adjusted upward by 0.2% based on the real-time exchange rate.
2.Please do not underdeclare the value of goods. Underdeclaration may lead to customs inspection. All commodity names must be confirmed as clearable before entering the warehouse. To ensure the safety of all customers' cargo and to minimize the risk of inspection, please declare the correct commodity name, material, and usage. Please provide the correct HS code if available. If the HS code provided is incorrect or does not match the actual goods, the customs broker we engage will provide the correct code and tax rate, and you will be responsible for the actual taxes.What we cannot change can only be based on the tax invoice amount and confirmation is required on the day when receiving the duties.
3.Exclude customs inspection fees,customs penalties arising from inaccurate customs declarations by the customer,container rental,pallet fee,warehouse rental.If the charge incurred,it will be charged on an actual basis.
4.Exclude delivery truck overtime fees caused by Amazon warehouse congestion.If there is a delivery waiting fee of 15CAD/board/hour,the minimum consumption is 50CAD/ticket.And the waiting time is one hour for free. 5.Exclude redelivery fees or other additional miscellaneous fees incurred due to customer reservation numbers being unable to book delivery or not meeting Amazon's warehousing requirements, or other reasons beyond our company's control that result in rejection.If the charge incurred,it will be charged on an actual basis.

Transit days:
Delays caused by force majeure events such as severe weather,port congestion,customs inspections are not included in the standard transit time.

Charging Rules:
1.The minimum consumption per shipment is 1 CBM（excluding tax)or 100 KG(including tax)for shipping.The minimum chargeable weight for a single piece is 5 KG. 2.Volumetric Weight Ratio:1CBM=363KG for Tax-exclusive Service and 1CBM=167KG for Tax-inclusive Service.The higher of volumetric weight or actual weight will be charged. 3.Quote solely for shipment to residential addresse,overseas warehouse,and for full container load(FCL)service.

additional charge:
Sea Freight-Truck Over-length Cargo:
1.For shipment weighing between 32 KG and 68 KG,an additional charge of RMB 100 per piece will be applied
2.Quote solely for the actual weight of a single piece exceeding 69 KG.
3.Dedicated Line Channel：For warehousing cargo,additional surcharges will apply based on the longest side of each cargo.120cm-150cm:1.2 RMB/KG,150cm-200cm:1.8 RMB/KG,Over 200cm:please quote solely. For Tax-inclusive palletized cargo,an additional charge of 1 RMB/KG will apply.
4.Self-Tax Clearance Channel:For warehousing cargo,additional surcharges will apply based on the longest side of each cargo.120cm-150cm:200 RMB/CBM,150cm-200cm:300 RMB/CBM.For Self-Tax palletized cargo,an additional charge of 210 RMB/CBM will apply.

product:
Products with Built-in lithium Batteries are accepted.Pure electric products and built-in batteries exceeding 100W are not accepted.

Quotation Notice:
For FBA address cargo:Do not include consignee company name or other relevant information on FBA container labels/FBA card labels/other outer box labels.For non-FBA address cargo (commercial or residential):Do not include consignee-related company name、contact information or address labels on the outer packaging(including but not limited to handwritten labels, shipping labels, platform carton labels, packing lists, etc.) Attention:If the shipment are delivered to our domestic warehouse and relevant labels are found during the inspection.A label handling fee will be charged.Please refer to the"FBA value-added service fee for quotation"for more details.
