Freight Calculation Rules:
1.Splitting ratio: 50%. If splitting occurs, the unit price will be calculated based on the weight of the splited package. Packages with an average weight of less than 12 KG before splitting will not be split. 2.For shipment with multiple packages, each package weighing less than 12 KG will be charged at 12 KG 3.Dimensional weight is calculated as length x width x height / 6000. The greater of the actual weight and dimensional weight will be used for charging.

The price above includes fuel surcharge,partial destination duties, and local door-to-door delivery. We are not responsible for customs inspection fees or related charges arising from the product itself.The customer will be respnsible for any additional fees arising from the consignee issues、Amazon fulfillment center congestion、refusal of delivery.
delivery time:
Delays caused by force majeure events such as customs inspections, airline delays, aircraft mechanical failures, inspections by official agencies like the CPC, FDA, and EPA, port strikes, severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, and war are not included in the standard transit time. (Transit time is calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.)
Delivery Company :
Final delivery will be handled by UPS. For designated services, a surcharge of 1 RMB/KG will apply.Please provide a shipment volume forecast one day prior to the cutoff date and provide commercial invoices and packing list or relevant documents for lithium battery shipments two hours before cutoff.
Export customs clearance :
1.General Trade Customs Declaration is accepted for shipment exceeding 100 KG,the customs clearance fee is 350 RMB per shipment.For shipment under 100 KG,the customs clearance fee is 500 RMB per shipment.Additional charges applying for extra pages is 50 RMB per page.A charge for consolidated shipments is 50 RMB per shipment.Please confirm the port of clearance with our customer service before shipping.Failure to declare will result in a compensation of 3 times the customs clearance fee.
2.For shipments subject to customs inspection at the port of export, an additional customs service fee of 500 RMB per shipment will be charged.
Reject product catalog:
1.Firearms, ammunition, drugs, white powder, explosives, flammable hazardous materials, toxic substances, counterfeit and infringing products, books, antiques, currency, and goods with Class 9 hazard labels.
2. Unauthorized mobile phones, electronic products (including but not limited to those listed above), products subject to anti-dumping duties, products related to politics or religion, products infringing intellectual property rights, goods prohibited for import into the US, goods prohibited for export by the country of origin, and items prohibited by airlines.
3. Infant products, wooden products, e-cigarettes, medical devices, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics (including phototherapy devices and alcohol pads), desiccants, and automotive tires.
4. Goods without CE/UKCA certification or labels, leading to customs detention (e.g., products requiring CE, UKCA, Bluetooth, HDMI, FDA, FCC, Lacey Act, DOT certifications).
5. Power banks, restricted knives, bundled goods, safety hammers, hand trucks, steel nails, hiking poles, folding metal tables and chairs, laser products.
Cannot be deliveried address:
Final delivery is limited to the contiguous 48 states of the United States. We do not deliver to PO boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), or islands (including 006-009 Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, 967-969 HI Hawaii, Guam, and 995-999 AK Alaska).

FBA & Commercial Addresses: For shipments under 100KG, a maximum of 3 Commodity Names per shipment is allowed. For each additional Commodity Name, a surcharge of 30 RMB will apply. For shipments over 100KG, a maximum of 5 Commodity Names per shipment is allowed. For personal addresses: a maximum of 3 Commodity Names per shipment is allowed and shipment exceeding this limit will not be accepted.
