Quotation Notice:
1.Dedicated Line: Includes freight charges/customs clearance fees/duties/inspection fees from warehouse to destination warehouse. Additional fees for product attributes, dimensions, and weight are not included.
2.The price above exclude inspection fees arising from product-related issues、customs declaration documents、inaccurate customs declarations,customs fines,container rental,pallet fee,warehouse rental.

Time Limited Notice:
1.Delays caused by the time for container entering the enclosed area/vessel berthing and unloading will not be considered for time limited claims.
2.Delays caused by reviews/releases from agencies such as CPSC/FDA will not be considered for time limited claims.
3.Amazon warehouse congestion/Difficulties in Booking/Skip Booking/Cancel Booking will not be considered for time limited claims.
4.Delays caused by the consignee will not be considered for time limited claims.

Declaration Notice:
1.The customs clearance fee：For shipment exceeding 100 KG,the customs clearance fee is RMB 350 per copy.For shipment under 100 KG,the customs clearance fee is RMB 500 per copy.
2.Over 5 Commodity Names Surcharge:A surcharge of RMB 30 is applied to each additional Commodity Name beyond 5.
3.When declaring in advance,please select the customs declaration type and provide all necessary customs clearance documents before the channel cutoff time.Omitting the customs declaration due to our company will result in a compensation of 3 times the customs declaration fee.
4.Any inspection incurred for customs clearance will be charged on an actual basis.

Charging Rules:
Dimensional weight is calculated using the formula: (Length x Width x Height in cm) / 6000.The greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight will be used for charging.Any piece weighing less than 12 KG will be charged as 12 KG.

The Size/Weight Surcharge:
1.A overweight surcharge will be applied if the actual weight of a single piece exceeds 22.5KG/50LBS.The shipment will not be accepted if the actual weight exceeds 150LBS/68KG.
2.A over-length surcharge will be applied if the longest side of the shipment exceeds 48 IN/120CM or the second longest side exceeds 30 IN/75CM.The shipment will not be accepted if the longest side exceeds 240 CM.
3.A girth surcharge will be apllied if the girth(L+2W+2H)exceeds 105IN/266CM.The shipment will not be accepted if the girth exceeds 330 CM.

Postal Code Requirements:
Limited to the contiguous 48 states of the United States. We do not deliver to PO boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), or islands (including 006-009 Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, 967-969 HI Hawaii, Guam, and 995-999 AK Alaska).
