According to the new regulations of UPS International Express 2014, the weight charge is calculated based on the heavier one between the actual weight and the volumetric weight of each cargo, and then the weight is calculated by adding the weights of each piece. For example, three pieces/set of goods, the actual weight of each piece is 10.2KG, 20.3KG, 30.4KG, and the corresponding volume is 8.2KG, 15.1KG, 40.5KG, according to the old regulations, the charged weight is: 8.2+15.1+40.5= 63.8KG, and the new regulations are: 10.5+20.5+40.5=71.5KG, please pay special attention.
Damage, delay, partial loss without compensation, all loss compensated in the invoice declaration price, and the maximum compensation of 100USD, without freight compensation, the claim period is within 14 days from the date of receipt, overdue request will not be accepted
All goods name must be provided with HS CODE. If it is not provided, it is deemed to authorize our company to declare. If there is any problem, we will not be responsible.
UPS will refuse to accept goods of any the following conditions
The longest side (length) of the package exceeds 270 cm

The sum of the dimensions of the package (ie: (width + height) * 2 + length) exceeds 419 cm;

The charged weight of any parcel exceeds 70 kg.

Special Note: 1. UPS International Express does not carry packages that violated the above three conditions, and it will be rejected by the UPS operator once found. If such shipments are arranged for export due to negligence, UPS will complete the delivery service, and the surcharge will be charged automatically to the sender.
2.If the checked parcel exceeds the length and weight limit, UPS will only charge a 355RMB surcharge for the parcel, and it will not be double calculated.
