DHL China send notes that: Many customs all over the world complain that the shipments which export from China "Commercial Invoice" the declared value are lower than actual value. The antibiotics is a serious problem. Brazil, Canada, Chile, Panama, Venezuela, Sweden customs is cracking down on such as declare low value. If local customs seized such shipments, local customs will return back the shipment to shipper or destroy and ask shipper a hefty fine etc.
The shipper must use the real price which confirm from both (does not allow use factory price or purchase price) when ready "Commercial Invoice". If the shipment are sample or gift sending to consignee or your clients the value need market-reference as declare value. Or there will be the same problem send back, destroy, the charges cause by the problem all paid by shipper.
