Channel requirements
- Only general goods and goods with internal batteries are accepted. Prohibited goods will be charged 1,000 yuan/ticket; packaging is limited to cartons, wooden boxes with hinges, and aviation boxes (wooden frames/iron sheets are not accepted); delivery notes "UPSV", freight does not include fuel/tariffs, and cash on delivery is not accepted; the larger of the actual weight and the volume weight (length × width × height/5000) is used for billing; Amazon goods require prepaid tariffs + third-party customs clearance information, and an additional 25 yuan will be added for declared amounts exceeding 120 USD, and an additional 100 yuan will be added for amounts exceeding 10,000 USD (an additional 25 yuan will be added for every additional 5,000 USD).
Channel notes
- Shenzhen cut-off time for orders is 3:00 PM from Monday to Friday, and delivery will be available online the next day (customs declarations will be delayed by 1-2 days); charges are calculated based on the weight of each piece; HS CODE is required; size limit: length ≤270cm, total measurements ≤400cm, and billable weight ≤68kg.
Surcharges
- 200 yuan for customs declaration + 1 yuan/kg, 150 yuan/ticket for prepaid tariffs, 1 yuan/kg for delivery to Hong Kong (minimum 50 yuan); there are also surcharges for remote areas, address changes, oversize/weight, residential delivery, large packages, etc. (all include fuel or fixed amounts), and the non-compliant handling fee is 39 yuan/item or 427 yuan/ticket, whichever is higher.
Compensation
- Compensation for lost items before posting online is ≤ USD 100 + return shipping fee (if not found within 15 working days); compensation for lost items after posting online is ≤ USD 100 (no return shipping fee), compensation for documents is ≤ RMB 100; no compensation for delays.
