Hello! In response to the Hong Kong DHL International Express Notice, the U.S. Customs Regulation 19CFR10.151. Sec 321 has increased the review of the customs clearance procedures for FBA express.

If the goods are international express that meet the following conditions, the tax-free preferential policy of 800USD/shipment is no longer applicable:

• 1. The same sender sent n (n>1) sets to the same US Amazon warehouse within 1 day.
• 2. These n-sets will be treated as “split shipments” by the US government, and all will be converted to official customs clearance, regardless of whether the value of a single set is less than 800 USD.
• 3. According to the US Customs Clearance Regulations, the official Employer Identity Number (EIN) is required for official customs clearance, but for FBA cargo, Amazon does not provide any customs clearance support.

Based on the above US customs import customs clearance process, all FBA shipments to the United States will be rejected by the US government once they meet the above conditions. DHL can only return such shipments to the departure place (Hong Kong).

For goods delivered through our company's Hong Kong DHL channel to the US Amazon address, our company makes the following statement:

• 1. Goods delivered through DHL to the US Amazon address must be prepaid in order to be exported regardless of the declared value.
• 2. For goods delivered through DHL to the Amazon address, if the shipment arrives in the United States, are directly returned by local , and some of the costs (tariffs, return shipping, etc.) are borne by the sender.
• 3. For goods delivered through the DHL channel to the US Amazon address, regardless of whether the shipment has been delivered, US Customs has the right to recover customs duties and other fees, these costs will be borne by the sender.
