Hong Kong DHL International Express Incidental Expenses

• (1) Processing fee for change of address

  The change of address will be subject to fee of RMB130/set (no fuel surcharge required). The change of address surcharge applies to the following:

  1. The city, zip code, country or detailed address information of the recipient address is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in the delivery was not successful.

  2. The recipient has moved away from the delivery address on the waybill or the recipient has left the hotel, causing the express to fail to be delivered.

  3. The recipient has resigned from the company with recipient address on the waybill, and the company refused to sign the express.

• (2) Tariff prepayment fee

  The handling fee for the consignor's prepaid tariff (DDP) and third party account payment duties is adjusted to 150RMB/set

• (3) Extra long/overweight surcharge

  All pieces with a real weight of more than 70KG (excluding 70KG) or long, high and wide of 120CM or more on one side, Hong Kong DHL will levy overweight, long operating fee of 365RMB / set, plus fuel surcharge for the month

• (4) Special handling fees

  For the following cases, a special handling fee of 730RMB/set will be added, plus a fuel surcharge for the month.

  1: In addition to the special instructions of the consignor, On the outer package the goods should be marked with signs/texts that means unstackable ( "Do not stack / No Stack")

  2: The outer package (or bare bag, etc.) cannot bear the stacking of other goods, the shape or the goods on the pallet hinders the second pallet or other pieces of non-pallet.

• (5) Remote surcharges:

  4RMB/KG, the minimum charge is 195RMB, plus the fuel surcharge for the month

• (6) Wooden box unpacking fee 50RMB/carton
• (7) DHL insurance fee = goods declaration value X 2%, minimum consumption is 90RMB
• (8) Fees for AIU Insurance: Premium = Insured amount X 4‰ (Insured amount = declared value of goods invoice X 1.1)
• (9) Surcharges for high-risk areas: (applicable to files + parcels) Fee: 165RMB/set, plus fuel for the month, (Country list: Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, Syria, South Sudan Yemen)
• (10) Restricted destination surcharge: (applicable only to parcels, files do not need to be charged) Charging standard: 245 yuan RMB / set, (list of countries: Central African Republic, Côte d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Liberia, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen)

  Note: For countries and regions that exist high risk and exist in the list of destinations, such as Iraq, Libya, Syria, Yemen, etc., the following charging standards are: 165RMB + fuel surcharge + 245RMB

   (11) Telecommunications license fee: 30RMB within the first 10KG, continued 2.5RMB/KG

China Mainland DHL Incidental Expenses

• 1. Mainland DHL customs handling fee RMB200/set 
• 2. Mainland DHL, change of recipient information fee after delivery (this is the processing fee, if there is a need for change of destination country, the delivery fee will be charged separately):

  (1), the original address in the city: RMB100 / set

  (2). Non-original address in the city: RMB200/set

• 3. different service requirements, service providers will charge relevant operation fees, the specific standards are as follows

  (1). The consignor applies for the interception of the express, 100RMB/set

  (2). The goods themselves limit the delivery or consignor cancel the delivery request, and apply for a refund of 100RMB / set

  (3). The consignor applies for replacement of goods clearance and other accompanying materials, 50RMB / set

  (4). The consignor applies to change the information of the consignee, 80RMB/set

  (5). If the goods do not meet the transportation requirements due to the outer package, the service provider is required to assist in changing the package or changing the weight or transferring the goods separately for 50RMB/set.

• 4. service fees in remote areas 3.5 RMB per kilogram, the minimum charge of 160RMB per set, plus fuel for the month
• 5. overweight / extra long express 290RMB / set, plus add fuel for the month
• 6. special handling fees
