10. Liability for loss, damage or delay of Hong Kong EMS:
(1) If the claimant can prove to us that the express is lost, damaged or dispatched for 7 working days or more (calculated as the destination working day), the maximum loss of HKD1500 will be obtained. The amount is based on the value reported in the certificate or HK$1,500 (whichever is lower)
(2) The sender will not receive Hong Kong EMS compensation or refund fees in the following circumstances:
A. Delay or confiscation due to customs clearance (clearance time is calculated all day)
B. Inappropriate packaging causes delay or damage to the express
C. Send to any of the following countries: Ameriya, Kyrgyz, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan
D. The sender fills in unclear information (for example, only fills in the sample and the product, but has no more detailed information), and the undelivered or unclear information causes the delivery agent to fail to declare, and the express is confiscated or detained by the customs.
E. The sender did not provide the documents required for the destination entry and exit regulations at the time of posting and the express was returned to the customs for confiscation.
F. Delay, loss or damage caused by natural disasters, political factors, labor, nuclear explosions or war.
G. Delay due to the delivery of the prohibited items in the express mail delivery (please contact us for details of the prohibited items)
H.Change the name or address of the recipient or the undelivered and additional services after posting, if the delivery delay is caused and/or the additional service cannot be completed
I. We will not accept claims for all consequences arising from customs clearance or return due to the reasons for posting the goods.
