Delivery Notes for Shenzhen EMS International Express

• 2. China Shenzhen EMS International Express Compensation Standard: When the mail is lost or completely damaged, the actual loss will be compensated, but the maximum will not exceed 100 USD per set, and the postage paid by the sender will be refunded. After paying the compensation, if the lost mail is found again, the sender should be notified to return the compensation and receive the mail.

• 3. The price of Hong Kong EMS is quoted as “RMB”; it will be charged according to the actual weight; 
• 4. Please indicate "Hong Kong EMS" on the delivery list; Shenzhen cut-off time is 09:00 every morning; 
• 5. The recipient's name and address should be filled out in English in detail. The PO Box number cannot be used as the address of the recipient; the postal department is not responsible for the delivery delay caused by the wrong or unknown email address; a commercial invoice must be paid. The waybill is posted on the goods. The name of the goods, the number of pieces, the value of the declaration, etc. must be filled in the waybill. 
• 6. the prohibited items, such as cash and dangerous goods, stipulated by the postal law and the implementation rules and laws of the country (region), and the goods prohibited by the airline shall not be sent as mail; goods packaged in the wooden box can not be accepted. Brand products are acceptable. 
• 7. The number of per set cannot exceed one, and the weight limit varies from country to country; 

• 10. Liability for loss, damage or delay of Hong Kong EMS:

  (1) If the claimant can prove to us that the express is lost, damaged or dispatched for 7 working days or more (calculated as the destination working day), the maximum loss of HKD1500 will be obtained. The amount is based on the value reported in the certificate or HK$1,500 (whichever is lower)

  (2) The sender will not receive Hong Kong EMS compensation or refund fees in the following circumstances:

  A. Delay or confiscation due to customs clearance (clearance time is calculated all day)

  B. Inappropriate packaging causes delay or damage to the express

  C. Send to any of the following countries: Ameriya, Kyrgyz, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan

  D. The sender fills in unclear information (for example, only fills in the sample and the product, but has no more detailed information), and the undelivered or unclear information causes the delivery agent to fail to declare, and the express is confiscated or detained by the customs.

  E. The sender did not provide the documents required for the destination entry and exit regulations at the time of posting and the express was returned to the customs for confiscation.

  F. Delay, loss or damage caused by natural disasters, political factors, labor, nuclear explosions or war.

  G. Delay due to the delivery of the prohibited items in the express mail delivery (please contact us for details of the prohibited items)

  H.Change the name or address of the recipient or the undelivered and additional services after posting, if the delivery delay is caused and/or the additional service cannot be completed

  I. We will not accept claims for all consequences arising from customs clearance or return due to the reasons for posting the goods.

  
• 11. In order to ensure that the mail does not pose a danger to the public during transit, contraband or dangerous goods may not be delivered. If a contraband or dangerous goods is found during the processing of the mail, the relevant items will be returned, and the sender will not be refunded the postage and is more likely to be prosecuted. Details of prohibited items are set out in paragraph 6.3 of the Postal Guide. To ensure aviation safety, Hong Kong EMS Post does not accept dangerous goods such as perfume products, lighters and lithium batteries by airmail (including Speedpost). Although ordinary batteries or liquids are not dangerous, if the mail fails to pass the X-ray inspection, the sender may need to go to the airmail center to dismantle the relevant mail on the spot. 
• 12. The sender must fill in the details of the item, including quantity, and weight (or capacity) in detail on the customs declaration form. The goods must not be filled in general terms, such as food, samples, cosmetics, electronic parts, toy accessories, etc. For cosmetics or liquids, the specific name and quantity/capacity should be specified in detail, such as a lipstick, a eyeliner, a box of foundation, 100 ml of toner, 100 ml of shampoo, etc. 
• 13. Sending airmail to senders in Mainland China, please note that the Civil Aviation Administration of China prohibits all airmail (including Speedpost) containing powdered, liquid, lithium or lithium batteries from being carried on inland flights. If the above mail is transferred to land delivery, the sender will not be refunded even if there is any delay. 
